Our Process

Get on Board

You can get started by completing our online application so we can get to know you and the what you are looking for. Your application will be reviewed by one of our placement consultants with experience recruiting in your area of interest. If we think we'll be a helpful resource in your search, you'll begin working one-on-one with a Placement Consultant.

The Job Search
We help the candidates we represent find jobs that are a good fit for them by getting to know you beyond your resume. You'll build a profile with us, and once we know your career goals and preferences, we will send your profile to schools that match what you're looking for. We will coach you through as much or as little of the process as you wish. We advocate on your behalf to schools who show an interest in your profile, and we will help you land a job where you can be a successful educator and grow your career. Many of our placement clients are repeat customers who come back, because they know how committed we are to helping our clients.

Package 4

The Works

$500

A top to bottom audit of your current teaching materials to develop a solid portfolio
Guidance and advice as you apply for teaching positions
Intensive interview preparation including strategies, modeling, and practice
Support and guidance negotiating salary once you get the offer. Or, if you may get two offers, help in deciding which one is best for you.

First Year Instructional Coaching

Includes everything in “The Works” package, plus a full (school) year of 1:1 coaching with your consultant. You will work together to determine a regular meeting schedule as well as the goals you hope to accomplish.
