After being frustrated for decades with the expert culture of "edugurus" who have no teaching experience, peddling untested and simplistic solutions to school districts facing real and complex problems, Kathleen decided that what teachers really need is help from "boots-on-the-ground" experienced educators who know the landscape because they have worked in it and who are ready to jump in with both feet.

Understanding that the best advice comes from professionals who have actually worked with children, she built a team that brings a depth of professional maturity and experience to every individual need, every problem and every project our clients face.
